Badminton Rules
RULES
-This will be a single elimination tournament.
-Players will receive an email with the bracket link and contact list. It is your responsibility to contact your opponent and set up a match time. If you have trouble contacting your opponent, please contact Intramural Sports at 601.266.5409.
-If you are an intramural chair for your organization and have not provided individual contact information for the players you have signed up, it is your responsibility to put your participants and their opponents into contact with one another.
-Unless participants agree to different rules, matches will consist of three games and the winner will be determined by the player who wins best of the three games. Games will be played to 15 points by rally score. Participants must win by 2 points.
-Racquets and Shuttlecocks can be borrowed from Equipment Issue. Court 3 is available for badminton provided that there are no scheduled events on the court.
-3on3 basketball and dodgeball have the courts from 6 PM to close, Monday-Thursday.
