IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to seating capacity for the coliseum, seating will be limited to the first 700 students requesting seating. Candidates who fail to RSVP seating by Monday, November 30, 2009, may not have a seat for the ceremony. If seats are available, students requesting seating late will be placed at the end of their college lineup.

Seating card, cap and gown pickup will be Tuesday, December 8th through Thursday, December 10th at Barnes & Noble Southern Miss Bookstore from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Students unable to pick up their seating card, cap and gown can send a third party to do so WITH WRITTEN CONSENT granting that person permission to pick up your cap, gown, and seating card. Students will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony without their seating card, cap, and gown. It is highly recommended that students commuting in for the ceremony make arrangements to be here in order to pick up these items on the dates listed above. THERE WILL BE NO COMMENCEMENT ITEMS AVAILBABLE FOR PICKUP THE DAY OF COMMENCEMENT.

1.	Be sure to complete all fields. (Doctoral students do not have to reserve seating as they are required to attend commencement)
2.	Be sure to "submit" your reservation online.
3.	Check your reservation status online by clicking on the link RSVP Confirmation at www.usm.edu/registrar/graduation.
