Note: Complete only if you have filed a degree application with your appropriate college for Spring or Summer 2010.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Candidates should reserve their seat for the ceremony by Friday, April 23, 2010. Students requesting seating late will be placed at the end of their college lineup.

Seating card, cap and gown pickup will be Wednesday, May 12th through Friday, May 14th at Barnes & Noble Southern Miss Bookstore from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Students unable to pick up their seating card, cap and gown can send a third party to do so WITH WRITTEN CONSENT granting that person permission to pick up your cap, gown, and seating card. Students will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony without their seating card, cap, and gown. It is highly recommended that students commuting in for the ceremony make arrangements to be here in order to pick up these items on the dates listed above. THERE WILL BE NO COMMENCEMENT ITEMS AVAILBABLE FOR PICKUP THE DAY OF COMMENCEMENT.

Steps:

1. Be sure to complete all fields. (Doctoral students do not have to reserve seating as they are required to attend commencement)
2. Be sure to "submit" your reservation online.
3. Check your reservation status online by clicking on the link RSVP Confirmation at www.usm.edu/registrar/graduation.
