The RSVP has been closed.
The deadline was April 11th to submit your RSVP to attend the ceremony. If you would like to attend the University Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 9th and you have not submitted your RSVP, you will need to come to the Registrar’s Office, Kennard Washington Hall room 110, no later than Wednesday, April 23rd for us to make you a reservation for seating. Gulf Coast students desiring to participate in the Saturday, May 10th ceremony at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum should contact the Department of Customer Services at 228.865.4565.
Candidates who fail to RSVP seating by Friday, April 11, 2008 may not have a seat for the ceremony. If seats are available, students requesting seating late will be placed at the end of their college lineup. (Due to seating capacity for the coliseum, seating is limited to the first 700 candidates requesting seating).
All graduating students who plan to walk are required to have a seating card in order to participate in the ceremony. Seating cards will be available for pick-up with your cap and gown starting Wednesday, May 7th at Barnes & Nobles Southern Miss Bookstore.
