My research interests include investigating how and why some employees are willing to go above and beyond what is required of them, impression management in the workplace, and trust among employees and between employees and their employers.

I have served as an advisor for one Honors College student who finished her thesis, and I am currently advising two additional Honors College students who are in the process of completing their theses.
