Professor, School of Polymers and High Performance Materials

Research directed to surface and colloid science: specifically research on microgel structures and rheology. The design of hydrogels for targetted delivery.
This involves the polymerization of microgel materials, the physica and chemical characterization and the measurement of their rheological profiles with the overall goal of correlating the heirarchical structure of the hydrogels to their use for targeted delivery of pharmaceuticals and personal care systems.
