Maintenance Request for Residence Halls

If you are a current resident of Southern Miss' residence halls, please follow the instructions below to submit your request online:

  1. Click here to submit your request
  2. Enter username (fixitplease) and password (fixit)
  3. Click on "Submit Work Request" on the left side of the menu
  4. Select your building from the drop down menu
  5. Complete all boxes that have a red asterisk
  6. Enter a description of the problem in the box provided and click "Submit."

NOTE: Please submit a separate work order for each issue.
