Each applicant must complete and return the family housing application with a $75 deposit. All information must be true and accurate. Falsification of information invalidates the application.

• When an applicant's name reaches the top of the waiting list, the next available apartment of the type requested will be offered.
• An assignment letter will be sent to the applicant.
• When the assignment letter is receieved, it must be returned to the Pine Haven office no later than the date specified. If the assignment is rejected, the applicant still must return the assignment letter by the date specified and request that the deposit be refunded or the application be kept for a future semester.
• Applicants who accept the assignment but later decide not to occupy the apartment will forfeit the $75 deposit.
• After an apartment is occupied, the only moves authorized are
