PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR MAINTENANCE REQUEST. |
If you are a current resident of Southern Miss' residence halls, please follow the instructions below to submit your maintenance request online.

- Click the Maintenance Page for Residence Halls link at the bottom of this page.
- Enter the username and password (username = "fixitplease", password = "fixit")
- Click "Submit a Work Request."
- Select your building from the drop down box.
- Complete all boxes that have a red asterisk.
- Enter a description of the problem in the box provided.
- Click "Submit Maintenance Page for Residence Halls."
