ABOUT DR. LEE:
Dr. David Lee has over 35 years of public school leadership. He obtained his doctorate degree in educational leadership from Louisiana State University. His experience includes serving as a teacher, coach, principal, supervisor of instruction, superintendent of schools, deputy superintendent for the State of Louisiana, and a local school board member.
Dr. Lee does speaking and consulting for school systems and businesses all over the world. He is a frequent speaker at such conferences as the National School Boards Association, National Association of Secondary School Principals, and the American Association of School Administrators.
He is the author of two books, The Motivating Administrator and Run From the Nuts. He is presently featured on a series of video clips that go out to school leaders throughout the country. These leadership magic tips include strategies to make leaders excel in their jobs. As a local superintendent, he was featured in The American School Board Journal for his visionary alternative school that prepared students, and adults, for the workforce.
