Marsha Walters’ professional experiences have combined private and public institutional standards and curriculum.  Ten of her twenty-five professional years were devoted to the founding/administering of the ninth charter school in California.  In USM’s field experiences, she primarily oversees the undergraduate secondary and K – 12 programs and the graduate Educational Leadership and Research and Music Education internships.
