Upper Fair: Grades (6*)7-12

When: Thurssday, February 12, 2012

Where: Thad Cochran Center, Third Floor Ballrooms

Individual Parking: Behind the Thad Cochran Center 

Bus Parking: Hillcrest Dormitory

Parking Pass: Will be uploaded by February 2, 2015

Forms Due By: Friday, February 2nd at 5pm (if faxed 601-266-6145) or Postmarked by Friday, February 7th (if mailed). You can also fill out the Student Registration Form online and upload all of your extra forms as a pdf document (check out the Upper Fair Webpage)

Time Line: Note - all times are APPROXIMATE

8:15am - 9:45am: Student Check-in/Project Set-up and Late Registration

NOTE: If you register after February 7th, there is a $5 late fee charge (total late registration fee = $20)

10:00am: Welcome Announcements

10:15am: Project Violations Check

Students cannot be at their projects and this time and should use this time to eat lunch.

10:45am: Project Violations Fix

If students have a project violation they have 15min to fix them before they are disqualified (most project violationsare easily fixable).

11:00am - 2:00pm: Project Judging

Parents/Teachers/Support Teams will not be allowed in the judging area with the students unless previously approvedby R1SEF Staff. There will be a waiting area available during the judging. 

3:00pm (Approximately): Awards Ceremony 

NOTE: the start time is contingent upon juding time. If juding is not finished by 2:00pm then the Awards Ceremony willstart later. HOWEVER, the Awards Ceremony will not start before 3:00pm.

Lower Fair: Grades K-6

When: TBA

Where: Reed Green Coliseum

Individual Parking: Near the Coliseum - OPEN ZONES ONLY, indicated by the orange signs

Bus Parking: Behind Hillcrest Hall
