Information For Parents and Teachers on the Lower Fair

Date: April 17, 2013

 Fair Location Map & Parking Map: 

  • There are NO parking passess required for this year
  • Please Park in either the Parking Garage on the NORTH end of campus, the Pride Field Parking Lot, or the Coliseum Parking Circle. 
  • Busses will need to Park in the Gravel Lot behind Hickman Hall or the Gravel Lot across from Sorotity Village after dropping off their students.

1) School Registration & SRC/IRB Form

If your school has NOT already turned in this form, please do so by February 1, 2013.

2) Student Abstract & Registration Form

3) Special Forms (as Required)

  • Due April 3, 2013
  • To be submitted by a student ONLY IF their project involves special circumstances (see special form descriptions at the top of each form)
