2013 Upper Fair - February 15, 2013:

  • Important Information for the Day and Agenda:
    FOR UPPER FAIR ONLY --> You do NOT need to bring tables to the UPPER FAIR on February 15, 2013. We are able to provide those for you this year. 

 

 

Required Forms and Their Due Dates

1) School Registration & SRC/IRB Form

If your school has NOT turned in this form, please do so by February 1, 2013.

2) Student Abstract & Registration Form

3) Checklist for Adult Sponser, Student Checklist (1A), Research Plan Instructions, Approval Form (1B)

4) Special Forms (as Required)

  • Due February 8, 2013
  • To be submitted by a student ONLY IF their project involves special circumstances (see special form descriptions at the top of each form)
