Constitution and Bylaws

The elected officers of the Council shall be the President, President-Elect, Secretary, and Secretary-Elect. Officers shall perform duties as stated in the Bylaws of the Constitution.

The ballot shall be included in the agenda material for the July organizational meeting and shall include a space for write-in candidates for each office.

The President, at the expiration of the term of office, shall become the Past-President. The Past President will serve in an advisory capacity to the President and Council.

The President-Elect and Secretary-Elect shall be elected by secret ballot from the Council membership by a majority of those present and voting at the organizational meeting in July according to the Bylaws and Constitution
