Undergraduate students
We received the following e-mail dated 11/4/08 from Diane Coleman in the Dean's Office regarding application procedures for graduation.
Please note that students are required to fill out the application for graduation and the university exit survey online. Students are no longer required to come to the dean's office [to begin the application for degree process].
Students should select the specific application for the College of Health.
Students MUST have the University Exit Survey attached to their application for degree when they turn in the application at the Dean's Office.
An application to graduate is only valid for the semester that you enter on your degree application form; you must re-apply for graduation if, for whatever reason, you fail to complete your requirements on time [yes, there's an additional fee]. Contact the Dean's Office to re-apply for graduation [re: statement on degree application forms].

Graduate students
The Graduate School requires that students be enrolled in at least one course during the semester in which they are to graduate.
