McIlwain on Hearing Conservation
1/21/09- Received the monthly edition of The A S H A Leader yesterday. Our eyes met with complete surprise and delight as we found a photo of a friendly face that belongs to Scott McIlwain. Scott was a master's student here in our Audiology program back in the 90's.
We haven't been in contact for quite some time, but Scott's article on Army Hearing Conservation indicates that he's pursuing his Audiology career and doing it quite successfully.
Scott is currently a major in the U.S. Army as well as an adjunct faculty member at Texas A & M Hearing Science Center Graduate School of Rural Public Health. If you were Scott's friend or classmate and want to contact him, you can do so at David.McIlwain@amedd.army.mil.
