The University of Southern Mississippi has received a generous grant from the Institute for Museum and Library Studies (IMLS) in order to fund ten minority students' education for our fully accredited, online, Master of Library Science program. We use permission lists, so you may not enroll in a course unless your name is on the permission list. However, because of the list, the course may display as 'closed' - this only means that all the seats are filled with permissions. If you were given permission, you should be able to enroll even if the section indicates 'closed'.
