Instructions for Dropping Classes in SOAR
To drop classes:
1. After logging into SOAR, click on Self Service.
2. On the next screen, click Student Center.
3. In the Enrollment menu, locate Drop a Class and click on it.
4. Select the desired term (currently Spring 2007-2008) by clicking on the bubble to the left, then click the green button labeled CONTINUE.
5. On the following screen, select the course(s) you want to drop by clicking on the box to the left under the column marked Select.
Once all courses to be dropped have been selected, click on the green button labeled DROP SELECTED CLASSES.
6. Now, you simply need to confirm that you do want drop the classes you selected.
If the classes that appear are the ones you want to drop, click the green button labeled FINISH DROPPING.
7. The next screen allows you to see the courses you have dropped.
From here, you can click on the MY CLASS SCHEDULE button to view your schedule.
