The Hattiesburg Area Senior Services Directory, an ongoing project of the School of Social Work, contains information about resources and services available to older adults in the Hattiesburg area. It was initially compiled by graduate social work students serving as interns at the Hattiesburg Senior Services Center who identified the need for a means of communicating about existing services for older adults. The directory, currently in its 10th edition, is a community service provided by the school in collaboration with the city of Hattiesburg, Forrest General Hospital, and Pine Grove Recovery Center.
