Physically located in an at-risk community in Hattiesburg, The Family Network Partnership (FNP) is a nontraditional, community-based delinquency- prevention program in conjunction with the School of Social Work at The University of Southern Mississippi.

The primary objective of the FNP is to prevent youth from entering the juvenile justice system by strengthening at-risk communities. The FNP is funded by private, state and federal dollars.
