** These are PDF forms users can fill out and save, provided their computer has a licensed copy of Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional. (The free Adobe Reader allows you to view and print the document but will not allow you to save data.)
Versions 6.0 and 7.0 (standard and professional) can be saved directly from most browsers.
If you have an older version of Adobe Acrobat writer (5.0 or 4.0 standard) or have difficulty saving the file, try the following:
- Do NOT open the file in your internet browser window.
- Right click on the link.
- Choose "Save Target As" (for Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (for Mozilla Firefox and Netscape Navigator).
- Select location on your computer ("Save In") such as the Desktop and name the file.
- You will not have the "Save As" option in Acrobat, but you will have the ability to "Save". To avoid writing over the original file, you can:
- Make a copy of the file.
- Rename the copy.
- Open the renamed file in Adobe Acrobat, then begin filling out the form.
- Then save the form (File > Save)
