Student Activities Ambassadors
2013-2014 Student Activities Ambassadors
The University of Southern Mississippi Student Activities Ambassadors is a diverse group of elite student leaders who assist in bridging the gap between students and student organizations. It is the goal of the Student Activities Ambassadors to reach out to our university community and enhance the student involvement experience at The University of Southern Mississippi by providing innovative workshops, student involvement consultations, peer mentoring, assistance for student organization event planning and a channel to better voice concerns of student leaders.
The ambassadors program also serves the Office of Student Activities’ Mission to provide superior service to students and valuable resources by fostering community, educating servant leaders and giving guidance to student organizations. The provisions of superior service, fostering community, educating student leaders and giving guidance to student organizations, will initiate and maintain effective student leadership, and lead to life-changing experiences in the university community.
