Appointments

We encourage students to make appointments in order to receive service more quickly.  Appointments can be made online at our web portal.  Registering for our confidential web portal also allows you to make appointments and view your health history online.  Access our new web portal at:

We accept walkins but encourage appointments. We do not make same day appointments. Average wait time for walkins is 15-20 minutes. If you have not visited the health center before you can download and complete the health_history_form (PDF). Please bring the filled-out form along with you to expedite your visit.
