Cancelation & Refunds
Except in cases of academic ineligibility or program/course cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Fees, exclusive of deposit, are refundable if written notification is received prior to one week after the payment deadline. Thereafter, no refunds will be available.
The Office of International Programs should be notified of all cancellations – students should log in to their application to WITHDRAW from their program of choice prior to the payment deadline if they wish to cancel their participation and be released from any financial obligation.
Should students withdraw after the payment deadline and a group flight has been booked, students are responsible for that fee and will have access to the international airline ticket valid for travel one year after purchase.
Refund requests must be made in writing and directed to Dr. Rafael Sanchez, Director of the Center for International Education.
