What services are available at the Think Center for faculty?
Faculty will have the opportunity to work with an Instructional Specialist to investigate, design, develop, and assess innovative teaching strategies. Faculty will be able to observe students working and learning together, and will have access to professional development that is focused on implementing design thinking principles in the classroom. Finally, faculty will have a venue to collaborate with others to enrich their instructional methods.

Will faculty members come to the Think Center together? For example, can faculty in the same department come to the center to observe how their students will have a cohesive learning environment?
They can. Providing opportunities for faculty to observe students as they learn is a great idea when building instruction. An Instructional Designer will be available to assist in designing strategies that encourage collaborative environments.

If faculty would like to receive feedback when utilizing the incubator classroom, will that be available?
Yes. The Instructional Designer will be available to observe instructional practices and make suggestions for incorporating thinking strategies in instruction upon request.
