Facilities and Research

The CET program maintains state-of-the-art laboratories to provide students with hands-on application experiences. Labs utilized by students include the following:

  • Analog Electronics Devices and Circuits Engineering Laboratory
  • Digital Electronics Microprocessor – Embedded Computer Engineering Laboratory
  • Communications – Signal Processing Engineering Laboratory
  • Electrical Power Engineering Laboratory
  • Control Systems – Robotics Instrumentation and Automation Engineering Laboratory
  • Automated Printed Circuit Board and Senior Project Design Engineering Laboratory

The CET program participates in research activities within the School of Computing, including such areas as digital signal processing, digital image processing, embedded processor applications and high-speed field programmable gate array signal analysis.
