    The challenging and intensive four-year dance major program is grounded in a comprehensive curriculum of dance technique (ballet and modern), choreography and performance.
  • Theatre - B.A. (General Theatre)
    The Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting is designed for students who are serious about specialization in acting, with an eye toward professional acting or further study at the graduate level.
  • Theatre - B.F.A. (Acting)
    At Southern Miss, student artists in the B.F.A. programs are expected to work with all other students, faculty and staff in a team effort to produce our exciting and demanding season. Our conviction is that everyone must collaborate and learn as many areas of the theatre as possible.
  • Theatre - B.F.A. (Design and Technical)
    At Southern Miss, student artists in the B.F.A. programs are expected to work with all other students, faculty and staff in a team effort to produce our exciting and demanding season. B.F.A. students are expected to take more classes in the specific areas of design and technology and to be more actively engaged in production than their Bachelor of Arts counterparts.
