  • Margaret McCarthy Scholarship
    The purpose of this fund is to award scholarships to students in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and Dietetics with half interest to each.
  • Fern Rogers Hession
    The purpose of this fund is to provide a scholarship to an undergraduate student in the field of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Service.
  • Norma Brogram Johnston Memorial Endowment
    The purpose of this fund is to serve in loving memory of Mrs. Norma Brogan Johnston and to provide a scholarship for a student seeking a degree and career path in the Department of Nutrition and Food Systems.  The recipient should be a Mississippi resident and maintain a 3.50 GPA.  They should have demonstrated strong leadership during high school.
  • Jane Boudreaux Scholarship Endowment
    The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics.  Consideration will be given to a native Mississippian.
  • Merchants Foodservice Nutrition and Food Systems Scholarship Endowment
    The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student in the Department of Nutrition and Food Systems who is a native Mississippian.
  • Karl Huhner and Darlene Smith-Huhner Memorial Annual Scholarship
    The purpose of this fund is to award a $500 scholarship annually to a student who is majoring in Nutrition with a minimum 3.25 GPA. First preference shall be given to a student from the New Orleans Metro Area. Second preference shall be given to a full-time graduate student.
