Performance Evaluation
You can expect an objective assessment of your job performance each semester during your performance evaluation.
At Southern Miss, we believe in personal growth and individual recognition. Our supervision will focus on building positive working relationships with you. The performance evaluation process gives you the opportunity for open communication with your supervisor. Your job-related strengths and areas for improvement will be defined. You will also want to discuss your ideas, suggestions and feelings about the evaluation and your supervisor’s expectations.
The performance evaluation also assists us in the identification and selection of candidates for continued employment and promotion. This evaluation assesses your strengths and weaknesses.
