Custodial Fees:
Events occuring on the weekend or after 1:30 p.m. Monday - Friday will be assessed a minimum $60 custodial fee.

 

Overtime Fees:
Trent Lott National Center operates Monday Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Events taking place outside these hours are assessed an hourly overtime charge.

Parking
Reserved event parking surrounds the Trent Lott Center. Arrangements will be made upon request.

Lighting
In the Trent Lott Center, lighting is provided by a combination of fluorescent and incandescent light sources and is easily adjustable to meet a variety of event needs. Motorized blackout blinds are available in some rooms allowing for control of natural light entering these rooms.

Audiovisual
Technical services and equipment are available on-site. Video projection with DVD, VCR and computer connection is also available. First floor rooms are outfitted with multimedia podiums which allow for effortless control of presentations. The building's audio/visual control room provides an array of configuration options to satisfy your audio needs.

Telephone and Internet Access
Internet service (wireless and hardwired) is available, along with telephone service on request.

Food Services
Southern Miss Catering handles all food requests for the university and can be reached at 601.266.5552. OUTSIDE CATERERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
