Start Your Project
The Project Request form must be completed prior to any project being scheduled and started by University Communications.
Before completing the Project Request form, consider the questions below regarding your project. Click the plus signs below to expand the sections.
Note: If you need a print or graphic design project reprinted or redesigned with minor changes, use the Reprint/Revision Request form. If you have a print-ready file that only requires printing services, use the Print-Ready Request form.
Graphic Design
Who is your target audience?
What do you want your target audience to know?
What response do you want from your target audience? What action would you like them to take upon seeing your project?
Who is your competition?
Will you require specific photographs to be used in your project? Do you have these photographs already? (Please note that photos for print pieces must be high resolution.)
Have we designed a piece for you before? If so, would you like the look of your new piece to be consistent, slightly varied or completely different from your previous piece?
What types of images would you like to see used in the piece?
Will your piece be image dominant (mostly photos) or copy dominant (mostly text)?
What is your budget range for this project?
How do you plan to distribute the project to your audience?
Printing
When do you want the project completed (delivered or mail dropped)?

What quantity do you want printed? Do you want cost estimates on several different quantities?
What size would you like this piece to be?

Do you want the project mail-dropped by the printer? If so, do you have an Excel mailing list prepared?
