Web Services: Support and Project Requests
Web Services uses the Info Center internal communications platform to manage requests for assistance.
To get help from or start a new project with Web Services, fill out a Support Request form. You'll be prompted to log in to Info Center with your campus ID/password combination.
To better formalize our working relationship, we also request you fill out a Client Profile form so we can learn more about your organization and its goals and needs. Filling out the Client Profile will also allow us to give you access to a URL to view all of your Support Requests in one location.
After you submit the Support Request, Web Services will confirm its receipt with you and assess if it's a basic support ticket or a larger project. For simple support or assistance, we will follow up with questions, as needed, through the "Comment" feature on your Support Request. You will receive an email notification each time there is a comment, and you are able to comment back.
Questions, status updates and the delivery of proofs can all be done through "Comments," instead of via email, ensuring that important information about the job is consolidated in a central location.
For a larger project, the Client Profile form and a new Project Request form are both required. After assessing this information, we'll contact you to schedule a creative meeting, if necessary. You will be added to a "working group" in Info Center, where you and members of Web Services can share content and messaging about the project, as needed.
