The Subcommittee on Administrative Services is charged with developing criteria and a review mechanisms for programs with an administrative organization and will serve as the reviewing body for those programs, excepting programs more closely associated with academic units. 

Chaired by Russ Willis, the UPC-AS began its work in early January 2010.
