Chemspeed has a long-standing reputation for providing solutions to increase throughput and efficiency in the paints & coatings industry, especially in areas such as pigment synthesis, [1] emulsion polymerization [2-4], and more recently paint formulation, application and testing. It quickly became apparent that to avoid creating bottlenecks in the development process, a clear strategy to automate formulation, application and testing is essential. This required a step-change in the design of our solutions in this arena.
