Cancellations up to January 1st, 2013 - 50% Penalty
Cancellations after January 1st, 2013 - 100% Penalty
Floor Plan for Symposium
- Short Courses will be held on the 4th floor RIVERTOWER of the New Orleans Marriott on Tuesday, February 5. (there are two seperate banks of elevators - please use the ones marked "Rivertower")
- Registration for the One Day workshop will be held Tuesday morning outside the Short Course Rooms - 4th Floor RIVERTOWER.
- Technology Showcase will be held on the 2nd floor of the New Orleans Marriott in Preservation Hall on Tuesday, February 5 - Thursday, February 7.
- Opening Symposium Session will be held on the 2nd floor of the New Orleans Marriott in, Marriott's Preservation Hall on Wednesday morning, February 6 at 8:00am until lunch.
- Dual Track Symposium Sessions will be held on the 2nd floor of the New Orleans Marriott in Marriott's Preservation Hall on Wednesday afternoon, February 6 - Friday, February 8.
- Registration for the Technology Showcase and the Symposium will be in the Registration Booth outside of Marriott's Preservation Hall.
