| Chris Howard manages the North American Technical Competence Center and laboratory with responsibility for the support of the specialty resins, coatings, and ink areas within Evonik/Tego. Prior to joining the Tego group of Evonik in 2006, Chris was Technical Manager for Valspar for the industrial coatings and automotive refinish businesses. He has held positions with Valspar, Reichhold and CCP gaining coatings, printing ink and resin experience in water, solvent, and UV technologies. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is an active ACA member and served as president of the Dallas Society and vice-president of the Piedmont Society. | |||
