| Matthew Linares graduated with a BS degree in Biology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He worked in research and development as a chemist for the Sherwin-Williams Wood-care group for over 4 years. There he was responsible for development of water and solvent based wood coatings, as well as wood cleaning and refinishing products. He has worked with Evonik-Degussa since November of 2006. He is currently an application scientist responsible for the paint and coatings application of the Inorganic Materials Business group.
