Presenter Biography
Dr. Sengupta received his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India, in 2007. He worked as a Visiting Scientist on the development of organic sensors at the Agricultural and Bioengineering Department, North Dakota State University, from 2007-2008. He then worked as a post-doctoral Research Associate on the development of biobased coatings at the Coatings and Polymeric Materials Department, North Dakota State University, from 2008-2010. Dr. Sengupta is currently serving as a post-doctoral Research Associate in the Thames Rawlins research group and studying the corrosion of polymeric coatings on metal substrates.
