| Michel Tielemans was granted a PhD in organic chemistry from Brussels University (Belgium) in 1988. He joined Cytec (UCB) in 1989 and occupied several technical & managerial research positions in the field of acrylic, polyurethane and radiation curable polymers for the adhesive & coating markets. In 2011, he became R&D Manager for the waterborne UV technology that he currently develops towards attracting market segments. He is the author of several articles and patents in the area of waterborne polymers. | |||
