In Ten
Things I Wish I’d Known – Before I Went Out into
the Real World, Maria Shriver’s advice is to pinpoint
your passion by finding the “field, the area, the kinds
of people you want to be with.” I can truthfully say
that the WLPI team has “pinpointed” their passion
and demonstrate that passion on a daily basis. We have an
incredible team committed to helping define talent requirements
for individuals and organizations and seeing that development
through to fruition. We are a team that gives a human capital
development context for organizations to compete in a global
economy.
Connections made with each of you as student, graduate, colleague,
and partner demand that we walk the talk by applying a “research
to practice to research” model. WLPI success will ultimately
be determined by the success of our connections with each
of you.
