M. Katherine Holloway (1979 - Chemistry and French)
obtained a M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982 and 1985, respectively. Immediately after graduate school, she began working at Merck Research Laboratories in West Point, PA, where she is currently a Senior Research Fellow doing molecular modeling of drug-receptor interactions. Over the years, she has been involved in a variety of projects, several of them AIDS-related, including the development of CRIXIVAN, an HIV-1 Protease inhibitor. Thankfully, this class of drugs has helped turn AIDS into a managed disease, instead of a death sentence. She has been married to Charles H. Reynolds for 10 years and has three boys, Kevin Austin Reynolds (8), Ryan Christopher Reynolds (4), and Jeffrey Michael Reynolds (2).

Russell Neal (1979 - Computer Science and Biological Sciences)
has worked for Bull HN (formerly Honeywell) as a Software Engineer for the last eighteen years. He lives in Arizona with his wife, and is part of the cast of the Arizona Renaissance festival, playing the part of Lord Russell, Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Sharon Bingham (now Schamber-Jones) (1979 - Accounting)
Taught at Nicholls State University for three years. Taught adjunct at USM and William Carey University. Now teaching accounting and business law full-time at William Carey University. Also owner/president of Schamber-Jones, CPA, PA. In 2003, widow of Bert Schamber (Honors College, 1979). Now married to Danny P. Jones.

Sharon Bingham (now Schamber) (1979 - BSBA, 1979; MPA 1980 )
Taught at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, for three years. She is currently practicing as a CPA in Hattiesburg, where she's been since 1983. She also teaches accounting at William Carey College and Southern Miss (updated 1/5/04).
