Joe Dumas (1984 - Electronics Engineering Technology) recently received tenure and a promotion to UC Foundation Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He was a visiting instructor at USM in 1985-86 before going to Mississippi State where he received a master's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1989, followed by the Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida (in Orlando) in 1993.
