Dr. Gerald Buisson joined the Education of the Deaf faculty in 1996. He completed his doctoral work at Southern University in 2005, is a candidate for the Registry of Interpreters of the Deaf, and is a Level III interpreter in the National Association of the Deaf. As a sidelight, Dr. Buisson serves as an A S L interpreter for theatrical productions and is adviser to U S M's "A Show of Hands."
