Mission

The USM Behavioral Health Clinic mission is to increase access to quality mental health care by providing affordable, evidence-based services to children, adolescents, adults, USM college students, in South Mississippi; training competent and ethical psychologists and mental health counselors in evidenced-based best practice; and contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge research.

General Information

The USM Behavioral Health Clinic is the primary training site for graduate students in the accredited graduate programs in counseling, clinical, and school psychology. We have a commitment to providing the most current, evidence-based treatments supported by scientific research. All graduate student clinicians are supervised by licensed psychologists.

Hours of operation:  

Monday            8:30 a.m - 5 p.m.

Tuesday            8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Wednesday      8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Thursday          8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Friday               8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Saturday          8:30 a.m. - 12:30* p.m.

*The clinic is open on select Saturdays and closed on Sunday.
