Refunds are typically issued to students whose financial aid exceeds the charges on their student accounts, but may be from other campus credits such as dropping a class, etc.  The University has partnered with BankMobile to process all student refunds.  Each student will receive a Refund Selection Kit from BankMobile and can select their refund preference at  All students should choose a preference even if they do not expect to receive a refund. 

Refunds are processed twice a week and sent to BankMobile on Wednesdays and Fridays.
