Dale Center for War & Society The War & Society Roundtable, a joint community and university reading group, will meet on Tuesday, March 14 at 6 p.m. Dennis J. Cowles, a PhD Candidate in the history department at The University of Southern Mississippi, will lead the discussion on The Dakota War of 1862: Minnesota’s Other Civil War by Kenneth Carley.
