The event will be in Chain Technology Center Room 331 from 4-6 p.m. Bring your own lunch, and drinks will be provided.

Hacking for Defense ™ (H4D) will give students hands-on experience in understanding and working with the Department of Defense (DOD), Homeland Security (DHS), and Intelligence Community (IC) on actual problems they currently confront. Students will learn how to innovate at speed and learn how to deploy solutions using Lean Methods to solve national security problems.

The course will be offered during the summer 2017 semester for 3 credit hours and will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays in Scianna Hall 1040 from 4:15-6:45 p.m. There is an application process, and that information and additional details about the course will be discussed during the lunch.
