Bio:  Nicole is responsible for completing developmental evaluations of children birth to six focusing on language, play, interactions, cognition, and social/emotional development. She also provides special instruction/early intervention to children with developmental delays in their home and community settings. In addition, Nicole leads state-wide training on inclusion and consults with early childhood programs to assist with making modifications to their classroom and curriculum. She has developed over twenty modules that have been presented to thousands of early childhood professionals in Mississippi. Nicole has experience providing developmental care in the NICU setting, coordinating a high risk follow-up clinic for infants born premature and collaborating with medical professionals in order to prepare young children for surgery and other medical procedures.

Nicole and her husband Jason have two daughters, Isabella and Sofia.
