Undray Scott, Ed.D.

Dr. Undray Scott holds a Masters, Specialists, and Ed.D. in Educational Administration and is currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent. His goals going into the program were for career advancement and personal growth. He told us that his goal for pursuing the degrees was that he never wanted to be under-qualified for a job for lack of a specific degree.

In retrospect, when asked about his time in the program, Dr. Scott said he would have been more focused and determined to complete the degree earlier instead of placing it on the back burner. His advice for current graduate students in the department? "Stay the course; do not stop. It is very easy to lose focus once coursework is done. Don't do that."
