The office operates under the auspices of the federal, state, and institutional regulations for the respective programs.

New for 2017-2018
The 2017-2018 FAFSA will be available starting October 1, 2016.  It will utilize the Prior-Prior Year tax information. Learn how this will help students

NEW Eligibility Requirement for State Aid Programs!
Beginning with the Fall 2016 term, undergraduate students must be enrolled and complete 15 credit hours per semester to maintain eligibility for state aid for programs that require full-time enrollment. (MTAG, MESG, HELP, etc.)

Loan Processing
If you have never received a Federal Direct Stafford Loan but plan on doing so for the 2015-2016 school year, you must complete Entrance Loan Counseling and a Master Promissory Note online at

Apply for Foundation Scholarships for 2017-2018.  The deadline to apply is December 12, 2016.  You may apply online at

Apply for 2016-2017 scholarships from the State of Mississippi.  Several scholarships have a March 31, 2016 deadline. Deadline for MTAG and MESG is September 15, 2016.
